Return & Exchange Policy

Each art by Iryna Bulava is a unique, handcrafted original work. We want your purchase to bring you joy. If for any reason you are not satisfied — we are ready to resolve this together.

Right of Return

You may return a painting within 14 calendar days of receiving it, if it did not meet your expectations for any reason.

Return conditions:

• the painting must be returned in the same condition in which it was received;
• the original packaging must be preserved (or equivalent protective packaging for shipping);
• return shipping is at the buyer's expense, unless the reason is related to damage during delivery.

To initiate a return — please contact us before sending the painting back.

Returns for Damage During Delivery

If your painting arrived damaged — we will make sure to resolve the situation.

What to do:

1. Upon receiving the parcel, inspect the packaging in the presence of a post office employee or courier.
2. If the packaging is damaged — open the parcel on the spot and file a damage report.
3. Take photos of the damaged packaging and the painting.
4. Contact us within 2 calendar days of receipt: send the photos and a description of the situation to our email or via the contact form on the website.

In such cases, return shipping is covered by us.

How We Pack Paintings

Each work is carefully packaged for safe transportation:

• the canvas is wrapped in protective paper or film;
• corners and fragile elements are reinforced with cardboard or foam;
• outer packaging — a sturdy box of the appropriate size.

Delivery

Paintings are delivered in the following ways:

• Nova Poshta — to any branch or door-to-door delivery across Ukraine;
• Local pickup — by prior arrangement (please clarify the address when placing your order);
• International delivery — available for customers from abroad. Timelines and costs are agreed individually.

Shipping costs are paid by the buyer, except in cases of confirmed damage during transit.

Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned painting, we will issue a refund within 7 business days using the same payment method that was used for the original purchase.
