Healing Symbols Collection

Iryna Bulava is a Ukrainian artist who works in textile collage and mixed media. In her works, she combines fabrics, natural minerals, metal, and organic materials, creating tactile compositions, that invite the viewer not only to see but also to feel the art.

One of the early stages of her work was the Healing Symbols Collection series, in which the artist explored archetypal images and symbolic forms through textile collage. It was these works that formed the basis for the development of her further artistic concept.
Inspired by nature, archetypal symbols, and the idea of inner transformation, Irina creates works that explore themes of healing, memory, and connection with the living world. Birds, trees, mythical creatures, and natural landscapes appear in her works as symbols freedom, rebirth, and the search for inner balance.

Texture plays a central role in the artist's work. Linen, velvet, minerals, and materials form layered surfaces that combine visual beauty and emotional depth. Each collage becomes a small ecosystem where natural elements and human expression meet.
