We want your purchase to bring you joy. If for any reason you are not satisfied \u2014 we are ready to resolve this together.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><hr \/><h2>Right of Return<\/h2><p>You may return a painting within <strong>14 calendar days<\/strong> of receiving it, if it did not meet your expectations for any reason.<\/p><p>Return conditions:<\/p><ul><li>the painting must be returned in the same condition in which it was received;<\/li><li>the original packaging must be preserved (or equivalent protective packaging for shipping);<\/li><li>return shipping is at the buyer's expense, unless the reason is related to damage during delivery.<\/li><\/ul><p>To initiate a return \u2014 please contact us before sending the painting back.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><hr \/><h2>Returns for Damage During Delivery<\/h2><p>If your painting arrived damaged \u2014 we will make sure to resolve the situation.<\/p><p><strong>What to do:<\/strong><\/p><ol><li>Upon receiving the parcel, <strong>inspect the packaging<\/strong> in the presence of a post office employee or courier.<\/li><li>If the packaging is damaged \u2014 <strong>open the parcel on the spot<\/strong> and file a damage report.<\/li><li>Take <strong>photos<\/strong> of the damaged packaging and the painting.<\/li><li>Contact us within <strong>2 calendar days<\/strong> of receipt: send the photos and a description of the situation to our email or via the contact form on the website.<\/li><\/ol><p>In such cases, return shipping is covered by us.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><hr \/><h2>How We Pack Paintings<\/h2><p>Each work is carefully packaged for safe transportation:<\/p><ul><li>the canvas is wrapped in protective paper or film;<\/li><li>corners and fragile elements are reinforced with cardboard or foam;<\/li><li>outer packaging \u2014 a sturdy box of the appropriate size.<\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><hr \/><h2>Delivery<\/h2><p>Paintings are delivered in the following ways:<\/p><ul><li><strong>Nova Poshta<\/strong> \u2014 to any branch or door-to-door delivery across Ukraine;<\/li><li><strong>Local pickup<\/strong> \u2014 by prior arrangement (please clarify the address when placing your order);<\/li><li><strong>International delivery<\/strong> \u2014 available for customers from abroad. Timelines and costs are agreed individually.<\/li><\/ul><p>Shipping costs are paid by the buyer, except in cases of confirmed damage during transit.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><hr \/><h2>Refunds<\/h2><p>Upon receiving and inspecting the returned painting, we will issue a refund within <strong>7 business days<\/strong> using the same payment method that was used for the original
